Chef Bae Granola (Diplo Approved)

Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, plant-based, & totally shmexy (or was I talking about Diplo again?) Try it and let me know which is shmexier.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Tahini

1/3 cup Maple Syrup

3 tablespoon Coconut Oil

1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds

2 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats

1 1/2 cups Puffed Quinoa or Buckwheat

1/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

3/4 cup Nuts of Choice (I used Walnuts & Hazelnuts)

1/2 cup Dried Fruit of Choice (add after baking, unless using frozen, then bake separately to dehydrate & add)

Instructions:

1. Spread granola evenly onto prepared sheet. Bake at 350º F for 20-25 minutes until light golden brown, stirring once halfway through. After stirring, press granola back down.

2. Enjoy with your favorite DJ!

Storage: Up to 3 weeks in an air-tight container!
